To use your cool kill, you must provide a cool narration portraying your cool power killing someone.

Wow, that's a pretty epic amount of kills tonight ^_^, I'm thinking we should use it to kill whoever's in second place for the vote tonight, makes me look like a good guy, and it'll probably be someone we're just as well off without. Of course I won't make any announcements regarding such until much later, but if any of you have any delightfully devious plans, let's have them.

Actually, here's one. I announce my kill, make it on someone who seems to be evil, and bus drive it onto someone we want dead, making them look even more suspicious. Of course we'd need to be sure it's moveable, which would be very understandable if it weren't. In fact, we could do it to kagera if anoyone else takes a sufficient portion of the vote, I could announce it early, everyone else changes their vote, and Kagera lives to take the vote another day, preferably tommorow.

I'd say we shouldn't use the bus drivering for that. We don't want people to know that the power exists unless it becomes beneficial or necessary. I think we should use it defensively unless we know of a better way to cause havoc with it.

Maybe you want to come forward with the cool kill ability, maybe not. I'll let someone else chime in on that, but I can see the benefits of saying you get a one time vig for being so cool.

That's a good point, it's probably better that people don't know the mechanic is in the game.

Maybe you should kill plutonium with your public cool vote. He's been too quiet for my liking, and it should be easy to explain why you killed him (he's always evil).

Yeah, unless there are any other cunning plans I'll announce around 4:00pm EST unless anyone objects that I'm killing plutonium barring any pressing evidence.

The only worry about announcing that you will be killing plutonium proper is if he has a guardian or someone with redirection powers covering him. It may be worth it anyways just for public relations purposes and forcing him to react and maybe reveal himself.

edit: also, with the other kills we may want to target a couple people who didn't enter the cool contest or do some redirection funny business to take out cj iwakura.

Also, be very careful what you say about why you are doing what. Remember that you aren't supposed to know that badguys have special powers beyond killing, and so forth.
