Dude, I don't even know anymore. I'm suspicious of basically everyone that's not us and isn't about to die of inactivity.
They all seem guilty.

I don't think I'm a big target right now, so I'm not to worried about it. I think the shells can only be passed between the guys in the trio, so I'm not sure what the plan is there. For kills tonight, I'm thinking I'll leave warban alone, I'm pretty sure slicer is good and I think Warban will be guarded tonight. I think Kilroy is a good target for the our bullets. I'm thinking about doing HB and Leitner as I think they're definitely in a good network, and we can use our bullets to kill the other baddies hopefully.

You should be able to pass shells to anyone. They should at least be handed off to someone else.
